TERMS AND Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

   • A booking is binding up until 24 hours of shoot.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

   • If the client cancels or reschedules the photoshoot more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, no additional fee will apply.

   • If the client cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot time, a 50% cancellation fee of the total agreed shoot cost will be charged.

   • In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., EXTREME weather CONDITIONS, illness, or emergencies), both parties may mutually agree to reschedule without penalty.

3. Photographer’s Obligations

   • The photographer agrees to perform services in a professional manner and deliver the agreed number of edited images within 5 days after the shoot, unless otherwise specified.

4. Client’s Responsibilities

   • The client is responsible for being on time and prepared for the session. Delays may result in reduced shooting time without a price adjustment.

5. Usage Rights

   • The photographer retains the copyright to all images. The client is granted a license for personal and/or agreed-upon commercial use, as specified in the final agreement.

6. Liability

   • The photographer will not be held liable for circumstances beyond their control (e.g., equipment failure, acts of nature, or client lateness) that prevent the fulfillment of the session.
