  • These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to all agreements made between Banger Sessions, Norgesvej 23, Denmark (CVR-nr.: 34291586) and the customer acting in the course of its trade, business or profession ("Customer") (together referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party") in relation to any services provided by Banger Sessions, including but not limited to film production, still photography, and graphic design, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties.

    PAYMENT TERMS

    1.1 Payment is due eight days following the invoice date unless agreed otherwise by Banger Sessions and the Customer.

    1.2 In the case of late payment Banger Sessions is entitled to calculate interests from the due date in accordance with § 5 of the Danish Interest Act (Renteloven), which is currently the Side 4 of 4 reference rate of the Danish National Bank with an additional 8 % per year. In addition, Banger Sessions may charge a reminder fee of DKK 100.

    1.3 The payment agreement is binding once the estimated price has been approved by the Customer, whether by email, through an approved quotation, or verbally over phone.

    1.4 The Customer bears all expenses for transportation, catering, overtime, rental gear and meetings during the production period. The costs will be invoiced in accordance with their actual price.

    FEEDBACK & CORRECTIONS

    2.1. A draft of the production will be presented to the Customer at an initial correction round. At this round, the Customer is allowed to request revisions. Only the corrections mentioned in the initial correction round can be discussed in subsequent correction rounds.

    2.2 The Customer must provide feedback in accordance with the post-production schedule. Further modification requests or delay of feedback might affect the production schedule, and Banger Sessions reserves the right to charge an additional remuneration.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    3.1 Please note that once you have booked a creative treatment/moodboard/visual identity/edit/pitch/pre-production with us, we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel the project after we have begun developing creative treatment/moodboard/ visual identity/edit/pitch/pre-production, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 1500 DKK.

    3.2 Cancellation and Late Cancellation Fees

    If the Customer cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees shall apply, calculated as a percentage of the agreed project fee:

    • More than 14 days before the scheduled date: No cancellation fee.

    • 7–14 days before the scheduled date: 25% of the agreed project fee.

    • 3–6 days before the scheduled date: 50% of the agreed project fee.

    • Less than 72 hours before the scheduled date: 75% of the agreed project fee.

    • On the scheduled date or in the event of a no-show: 100% of the agreed project fee.

    Any non-refundable expenses or third-party costs already incurred by Banger Sessions in connection with the booking may be charged in addition, provided they are not already covered.

    Cancellation must be communicated in writing by email. The cancellation shall take effect when Banger Sessions receives the written notice.

    GENERAL

    6.1. The service includes everything that is explicitly listed in the quotation.

    6.2 By approving this agreement, the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
